Real Estate Lawyer Position at a Leading Law Firm in Exeter

An innovative and successful law firm in Exeter is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer to join their established team, focusing on Energy work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive eager to advance their career in a highly regarded firm.

The ideal candidate should have around 5 years' PQE in Energy work, although candidates with more experience will also be considered. We are looking for someone with strong commercial awareness who can represent the firm positively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse client caseload including onshore wind, solar, EV, battery, AD, hydro, and other renewable technologies
  • Handle options and leases, power purchase agreements, easements, and grid connection agreements
  • Collaborate with corporate, construction, and planning teams to offer comprehensive services for renewable energy projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' PQE in Energy and Renewables
  • Demonstrates credibility and ambition
  • Thrives in a modern team environment
  • Ability to enhance clients' experience through exceptional service delivery
