We are currently collaborating with an independent local main contractor and development company based in Surrey.

They have been specialising in residential builds for nearly 15 years building homes for all types of tenure, affordable, private sale, private rent, retirement living plus halfway homes for those in short term need.

Contract values typically span between £5 million and £20+ million and can range from one off luxury executive homes to complex regeneration and mixed use.


Project Examples:

  • Development, Apartments
  • Scope of work involved the development of 20 1-,2-, & 3-bedroom apartments with a project value of £4 million.
  • Demolition and Development, Apartments
  • Included the demolition of existing dwellings and the construction of 9 new apartments, with a project valued of £1.9 million.

  • ConstructionlineDesign CoordinatorOur client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Design Coordinator to join their team to work on a £20+ million new build residential development based in Surrey.
The successful candidate will have the option of working from home or the office.

We are looking for someone who has experience on coordinating the design, managing the design process, coordinating the sub-contractors and someone who is a problem solver when it comes to Design.


Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

  • Appointing External Consultants
  • Checking working drawing packages produced by External Consultants
  • Resolving technical issues arising from sites
  • Obtaining design drawings from suppliers and obtaining consultant approval
  • Attending department development review meetings
  • Checking Structural Engineers drawings in relation to the Architects drawings
  • Managing the consultant's appointment process & paperwork including PI Insurance, Collateral Warranties
  • Issue drawings to other departments and sites
