You will be responsible for planning and scheduling a calendar of feed and story posts, utilising ChatGPT for generating ideas, and staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Knowledge of Notion is advantageous as we manage our workflow through this platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand our content strategy, themes, and pillars.
  • Generate creative ideas for Instagram and TikTok content that align with our brand and content strategy.
  • Develop engaging copywriting for captions, hashtags, and descriptions that captivate our audience.
  • Plan and organise a content calendar for both feed and story posts, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Utilise ChatGPT and other tools to generate content ideas and optimise creativity.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Create visually appealing content including photos, videos, graphics, and animations.
  • Coordinate with other team members, including designers and videographers, to produce high-quality content.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyse performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve content strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven experience in content creation, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Familiarity with Notion or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Passion for social media and staying current with emerging trends and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
