We have an exciting opportunity to join our Learning & Develpment Team as a LMS Administrator.

This is a new role, to support the learning and quality functions with analysing data, compliance reporting and general administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

Maintain up to date and accurate recording of course completions to eCademy and handle queries received in the eCademy mailbox, in line with the 48hr Service Level Agreement with our operational partners
Maintain regular reporting as required by the needs of the business
Provide remote/virtual eCademy support to operational care employees
Attend meetings as required
Handle internal and external customers inquiries in line with departmental service level agreement
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in line with HR policies
Handle sensitive situations; always maintain confidentiality and discretion
Undertake monthly quality checks of the LMS system in accordance with lead LMS eCademy Lead
Resolve issues related to learning content and LMS functionality that are reported by end users
Work collaboratively with others to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Demonstrate flexibility and an ability to adapt quickly to change
Identify and resolve issues related to the LMS management and maintenance, with the platform provider (where required)
Create and review user guides for the LMS system in line with Lead

Key Skills:

Computer literate with advanced Excel and IT skills
The ability to analyse, model and interpret data
Problem-solving skills
A methodical and logical approach
Accurate and precise written and editing skills
Take ownership of personal development within the role and identify personal training need
