Davies Group are looking for a professional individual who is able to undertake initial customer contact, capture accurate data entry of new claim information and provide administrative support to the teams.

As a First Response Advisor, your responsibilities will involve:

  • Effectively handle all customer interactions (client and direct customers) professionally, knowledgably and within TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) in mind
  • Accurately input new claims that are received within service guidelines
  • Call customers to arrange inspection appointments and take a proactive approach to arranging appointments, including management of own diary reminders
  • Contribute positively to both great teamwork and a good overall culture
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, with a focus on consistently achieving targets
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • IT proficiency and a good eye for detail
