As a Family Panel Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, domestic violence, adoption, and surrogacy.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice, representing clients in court proceedings, and negotiating favorable resolutions on their behalf.
nKey Responsibilities:
nConducting client consultations and assessing their legal needsnDrafting legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and settlement agreementsnRepresenting clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiationsnProviding ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the legal processnCollaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for clientsnStaying abreast of developments in family law and maintaining professional competency
Requirements:
nQualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificatenAccredited member of the Family Law Panel (ESSENTIAL)nProven experience in handling a variety of family law casesnStrong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skillsnEmpathetic approach and ability to build rapport with clientsnExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsnCommitment to upholding professional standards and ethics
