Reservations Agent

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team. This role is full time (40-hours per week).


You would be expected to work a combination of shifts in accordance with the rota which will be supplied in advance.

The shift pattern will include a mixture of early, mid and late shifts, weekend work is required.


Must have a passion for the hospitality industry, flexible approach to work, a fantastic attitude and great enthusiasm for providing a high level of customer care.


Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner at all times
  • Greeting Guests and Welcoming Members
  • Making bookings using the hotel PMS
  • Book gym classes/pool sessions for members and spa treatments
  • Proactive in upselling additional hotel services treatments, dinner, room bundles
  • Redirecting phone calls.
  • Liaising with all departments to ensure any guest requests or requirements have been followed through

Salary:
Up to £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
