This post will provide project support to teams working within the Bradford District & Craven Healthy Communities priority area.

This will include organising meetings and events, supporting the development of project documents and ongoing monitoring of project governance, diary management, and supporting the outputs from meetings and events.

You will act as the main link and face into the team, directing queries and issues to the right person within the team as needed.


The post holder will be an organised and highly motivated individual who will be expected to work frequently without supervision, working autonomously and as part of a team.

Although primarily supporting Healthy Communities, the post holder may work flexibly across the Priority and enabler areas, which are currently defined as (note these areas will change as national and local policy drivers/initiatives change):

The Project Support Officer is a key role in the team providing efficient, effective and timely administrative support.

Such support will include liaison with colleagues across Airedale NHS Foundation Trust (ANHSFT) and Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (BTHFT) Bradford District Care NHS Trust, NHS Bradford District and Craven ICB, partner organisations such as Local Authority and Voluntary Care Sector, and the priority workstream team.

The post holder will be expected to manage confidential information, exercising discretion and upholding high professional and ethical standards

Although hosted by Airedale NHS Foundation Trust this role will be part of the Bradford District & Craven ICB. Therefore you'll be required to take a whole system approach across our Health & Care Partnership.


We provide a supportive and flexible working environment with the option of hybrid working between Scorex House in Bradford and home working.
