As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for the management of information on the project.

You will be responsible for the setup, management, and maintenance of the project document control systems in line with company, customer, and project requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents.

Controlling the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.

Ensure company document control processes, procedures, and systems are efficient and fit for purpose.

Ensure guidance and information is circulated to the relevant business areas/stakeholders.


Ensure that an audit trail is established with regards to creating, logging, distributing, and maintaining documentation via electronic and hard copy.

Ensure systems are defined to register all incoming and outgoing project documents with confirmation from recipients recorded.

Ensure we have robust systems controlling access to and distribution of information and that we protect our intellectual property.

Generating reports, document progress measurement and KPI's.
