Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable visitor experiences? Join our team at The White Cliffs of Dover, where you will be the friendly face welcoming visitors, providing information about the property, and ensuring everyone has an enjoyable visit.
- Salary: £11.64 per hour
- Contract/duration: Fixed-term contract until 31st October 2024
- Hours/working pattern: 15 hours per week, including weekends with potential for additional hours
What it's like to work here:
Reporting to the Welcome & Service Assistant Manager, you'll be part of a small team working at The White Cliffs of Dover, including the Langdon Cliffs Visitor Centre, Wanstone car parking, and the Fan Bay wartime tunnels.
What you'll be doing:
Day to day, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, answering queries, sharing information, and ensuring visitors have a fantastic experience. You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in property events and social media promotion.
