Located in the heart of the city, The Park Plaza is a 4-star deluxe hotel that offers 129 state-of-the-art guestrooms, a 120-seater Brasserie style restaurant, The Laguna Kitchen and Bar.


One of the last things our guests experience is our breakfast, a full buffet of cold and continental options along with a delicious full Welsh Breakfast.

It's important that they receive the highest standard of service and a positive farewell from the hotel.

You:

  • A customer service champion
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible in your approach to work
  • Ability to build relationships with regular guests

Duties:

  • Welcoming guests to the restaurant
  • Taking orders for Tea, Coffee etc and dishes cooked to order
  • Serving tables
  • Clearing and relaying of tables
  • Attending to guest needs during their time in the restaurant
  • Setting up restaurant for service, clearing down after service and carrying out all associated tasks
  • Room service and executive trays
  • Serving Lunch and Afternoon Tea

Hours of Work:
25 hours a week over 5 days

Previous related work experience is desirable.

Salary:
£10.50 per hour
