This is a significant position within the school, and the successful applicant will join the school's extended leadership team.

Strong communication and analytical abilities, as well as the ability to teach a fun-loving Year 3 class beginning in September, are required for this position.

Only exceptional, experienced KS1 teachers will be interviewed for this permanent full-time position.

The children are hardworking, caring, inquisitive and imaginative and the staff here aspire to develop well-rounded, confident pupils through a supportive pastoral environment, as a result we are seeking a primary teacher who knows how to drive attainment and create engaging lessons.


Responsibilities of a KS1 teacher:


As a KS1 teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of the children, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environmentTeaching the Key stage 1 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknessesFurther developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometryKeeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parentsAbout the school:This is an ideal school to join as a middle leader because of its good commuting links, helpful parents, and a leadership team that is enthusiastic about everything.
