Job Description Summary:
Administrative and Executive Support. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework.

There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the lead coordinator for FMIs across the UKI PCS business. Be the "goto" for all interactions, questions, escalations and delivery
  • Wingtowing FMI accountability. From FMI/recall rollout, understand the details, what's required, how to execute, how to escalate and followup, reporting, through to FMI closure
  • Work to the FMI KPI's. Understand what's needed and what escalation is needed to ensure 100% closure on time, work to 90% linearity for the region Work to understand gaps, what countermeasures are needed
  • Close working with Field teams, Service delivery teams and 3rd parties to communicate, dispatch, update and support to ensure FMIs are completed on time and job closure is actioned timely and accurately
  • Key liaison with HQ/Central team in reporting, escalation and feeding back on all FMI related issues and working alongside Hatfield warehouse for distribution of FMI kits
  • Strong administration support line by line understanding of open FMI and status. Develop an understanding and expertise on FMI processes, including 3 attempts, FMI template, support on reconciliation and postFMI closure actions
  • Hybrid role requiring regular visits to UK Hatfield site for FMI deployment and stock control

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of GE Healthcare FMI processes and procedures
  • Strong track record working with crossfunctional teams, internally and externally
  • Ability to handle multiple situations at once, requiring strong work ethic, ability to prioritize workload, consistent delivery on targets
  • Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a high degree of selfmotivation and ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail be able to prioritise, and understand at line level, progress and updates.

Quality Specific Goals:

  • Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization
  • Ensure timely dispatch closure. Insure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI's) within prescribed timeframe. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
