The Nelson Pub is looking for a Kitchen Porter/Assistant to join our team As a Kitchen Porter/Assistant, you will be responsible for helping to keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.

Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, assisting the chef with food preparation, and keeping the kitchen area tidy and organised.

At The Nelson Pub, we pride ourselves on our home-cooked food and fresh daily deliveries.

You will be working alongside our experienced head chef, Beata, who will provide you with all the guidance and support you need to succeed in your role.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and has a passion for cooking and food.

This job does include split shifts.

Typical working hours would be:
Friday 11am-2:30pm, 7pm-9:30pm, Saturday 11am-2pm, 7pm-9:30pm, Sunday 11am-2pm, 5pm-7:30pm.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
£9.50-£9.90 per hour
