I am pleased to be supporting a long-standing client of mine in a new appointment, due to continued project succession and, growth within their practice.

My client has a wealth of experience across the Care and Retirement living sector, with further projectexposure to Residential, Education, Retail and Sports sectors.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Part 2 qualified and recognised by RIBA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Boast strong design flare and technical capabilities.
  • Confident in software's such as Revit, Sketchup and Adobe.
  • Relevant project exposure.
  • Strong understanding of the UK building regulations and planning policies.
  • Able to work effectively within a team and be confident in liaising with clients, contractors and other professionals.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met to an excellent standard.
  • Support the more senior members of the team across all RIBA stages.
