Are you passionate about real estate law and well-versed in the energy and infrastructure sector?

Join our prominent big 4 legal team in London as we are on the lookout for a skilled Real Estate Lawyer to become part of our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer with 6-10 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to take a pivotal role in advising clients on intricate real estate deals, especially in the energy and infrastructure sector.

Position Overview

  • Consult a varied client base on real estate transactions within the energy and infrastructure sector, with a specific emphasis on clean energy and renewable projects
  • Lead in deal execution, drafting, negotiating transaction paperwork, and overseeing due diligence procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues from the broader big 4 network, such as tax, strategic consulting, equity, and debt advisory teams, to deliver clients a comprehensive service
  • Establish and nurture solid relationships with clients and fellow professionals within the organization
  • Stay informed on the latest legal and commercial advancements in the real estate, energy, and infrastructure domains
  • Contribute to the continual enhancement and expansion of the firm's real estate department

The ideal candidate should have

  • A robust academic background
  • 6-10 years' PQE from a reputable law firm with real estate law expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in advising on energy and infrastructure deals, with a keen interest in clean energy and renewable sources
  • Outstanding technical and legal abilities with a profound understanding of real estate law and associated regulations
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently and delivering top-notch outputs under pressure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • An openness to innovation and leveraging technology for enhanced service delivery
