  • The role is to provide and efficient, effective, and varied confidential business administration support to the Leadership Team and support for other departments as required. To include the management of the Receptionist and cover for the reception desk as required.
  • This role is only 4 days 30 hours per week.
  • The Role
  • Building relationships with internal and external customers and other administration duties. The role will be required to actively seek more efficient ways of working that will benefit the leadership team and the wider business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a confidential administrative service to the Company Leadership Team.
  • Coordination and preparation of reports for the Board Meeting.
  • Organisation and booking of Conference Room / Meetings Rooms for Leadership, Board Meetings, Customer visits.
  • Organisation of internal and external meetings on behalf of the company (including flights, hotels, itineraries, refreshments, etc.)
  • To arrange UK and International travel / hotel bookings on behalf of the Company employees as required.
  • To include negotiation with hotels on prices and / or packages.
  • Ordering catering with external suppliers for internal or external meetings / events as required.
  • Purchase and preparation of lunches for corporate events.
  • Ordering of stationery for all employees as required, collating department orders on a regular basis
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in minute taking, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to capture critical information accurately.
  • Strong capability in arranging complex travel itineraries, handling travelrelated challenges with ease.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a talent for crafting insightful reports and collating information effectively.
  • Happy to work a reduced week at 30 hours, 4 days per week.
