Hyde is looking to recruit a Customer Advisor for its Retrofit programme.

As a Customer Advisor at Hyde you will be working within the Asset Management and Sustainability department and contribute to the successful delivery of retrofit projects, supporting the organization's sustainability goals.

You will play a vital role in engaging with customers and providing support and guidance throughout the retrofit process.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact for residents regarding retrofit projects. Provide accurate and timely information, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure residents' needs are met and their satisfaction is achieved throughout the retrofit process. Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and facilitating smooth communication between customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Facilitating effective communication between residents, contractors, and internal teams involved in retrofit projects. Keep residents informed about project timelines, activities, and any disruptions that may occur. Coordinate resident meetings, workshops, or information sessions to promote understanding and engagement.
  • Proactively engaging with residents to promote awareness and participation in retrofit projects. Communicating the benefits of energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost savings to encourage resident buyin.
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns related to retrofit projects promptly and professionally. Liaise with relevant internal departments or contractors to resolve issues in a satisfactory manner. Keep accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and lessons learned to improve future projects and customer service.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data related to resident engagement, feedback, and satisfaction levels. Assist in preparing reports and analysis on resident involvement, project progress, and outcomes. Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of retrofit projects, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties to support the Stock Investment team as required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage and car allowance paid for by Hyde).
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working with planned maintenance or retrofit projects is desirable but not essential.
  • Good knowledge of energy efficiency measures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
