Based at STEP Business Centre (S36, Deepcar) we are a short journey from Stocksbridge, Hillsborough, Stannington, Chapeltown, High Green, Penistone and Barnsley.

What we need from you as our Customer Service Advisor:
  • Daily availability from 10am to 6pm
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • A proven (2 year +) history of call handling
  • Experience dealing with domestic & commercial customers
  • The confidence to be a Key Holder
  • Solid IT skills (Full training on inhouse software provided)
  • Errorfree typing in wellwritten English
  • Proven ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
  • A positive approach to work and a cando attitude
  • Positivity and a genuine love for working in a team
  • Confidence in liaising with management and implementing improvements

  • Answering the telephone and online chats
  • Advising our customers on the best service for them
  • Handling Objections
  • Taking payments
  • Making bookings
  • Liaising with domestic and commercial customers
  • Forwarding disputes to the correct channels
  • Keeping accurate records
  • Checking work for accuracy
  • Maintaining the standard for our customer service team
  • Locking up the office

This is a permanent role working full time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
10am until 6pm
