This is a brilliant chance for someone with experience in BREEAM assessments to join a specialist, high quality Sustainability Consultancy based in their Manchester office.

Our client has a range of experienced due to working on over 500 projects withinthe UK.

You will have a range of responsibilities which will give you a diverse type of job with different outcomes every day.

Our client's goal is to maintain and also develop Sustainability within the U.K built environment.

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience carrying out assessments
  • Have experienced working with clients and managing expectations
  • Have experience taking charge of projects
  • Have previously managed projects

Role Requirements:

  • Be able to work on projects independently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Conduct BREEAM assessments
  • Deal with enquiries from site and team queries
  • Travel to different locations to conduct reports and assessments
