Job Title: Property Receivership Associate/ Administrator

Company: Established Corporate Insolvency business in Manchester

The company is currently looking for a Property Receivership Associate/ Administrator to join their team in Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative and property-related tasks, including:

  • Processing appointments
  • Handling property management matters such as incidents and repairs
  • Liaising with tenants, estate agents, and contractors for valuations and relevant works
  • Coordinating with insurers to ensure proper cover for all property appointments
  • Working on spreadsheets and managing incoming post

Requirements:

  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, word, and email systems
  • High attention to detail and effective time management
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach, ability to work independently and within a team
  • Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude

The ideal candidate does not need prior experience but would benefit from exposure to professional services, property, legal, or insolvency. Full training will be provided. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm, with a competitive salary, performance bonus, and benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, and continuous development & training support.
