Job Summary:


We are seeking dedicated Football Coaches to join our team for a series of football camps in Berkhamsted this summer.

Your role will be to support Head Coaches from renowned international football academies delivering sessions every morning and afternoon to international players aged years old.


Responsibilities:

  • Support Head Coaches in implementing effective training programs to enhance footballer's skills and performance
  • Conduct practice sessions to improve individual and team performance
  • Analyze game footage to identify areas for improvement and develop game strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to players, both on and off the field
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship
  • Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team activities and ensure consistent coaching methods

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Football Coach or in a similar coaching role
  • Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Passion for football coaching and the ability to educate players on the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 4 weeks
