The firms Property team is ranked as a leading firm by the legal directories for Yorkshire and they offer a competitive salary and benefits package with this role. Description The Real Estate Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
  • Dealing with a range of work including investment acquisitions & disposals, development and property finance.
  • Acting for a range of clients including developers, investment funds, investors and corporate occupiers.
  • Managing smaller transactions and supporting colleagues on larger deals.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Supporting on business development activities.
Profile The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have:
  • Strong knowledge of property law and likely to be between 2-8 years PQE
  • Strong academics
  • Ties to the Leeds area.
  • A track record acting on investment and development work.
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently.
