As SquareKeeper at Sweet Squared you will play a vital part in providing safe, clean, and welcoming environments in which your colleagues and our customers can thrive.

Responsible for the cleanliness of our busy Leeds HQ you will be carrying out a range of cleaning and event support activities and will strive to deliver a high standard cleaning service, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable to maintain a positive impression of S2 to visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of work, social, and education areas to include washrooms over two floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas, such as hallways and stairways.
• Stocking and supplying designated areas such as washrooms, kitchen areas, and our bistro.
• Assist with organising, presentation, and cleanup of catered in refreshments for company events when required.
• Ordering cleaning supplies and maintenance of cleaning cupboard.
• Assist with set up and preparation for company events.
• Understand the importance of and can adhere to health and safety legislation and policies and procedures.
• To assist in other areas of the business outside of your normal role but within the overall scope of your position.

Essential skills required

• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Previous experience in a similar role as a commercial cleaner or housekeeper.
• Positive attitude and outlook.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative.
• Passionate about high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Approachable, able to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines, flexible, adaptable, selfmotivated, and driven.
• Must be able to comfortably commute to our Leeds office based in LS14 and commit to early mornings.
