About the Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Senior owner and accountable person and final point of escalation for Global key accounts.
  • Responsible for improving the Service Delivery and Renewals functions within the OPEX businesses.
  • Own the operational mobilisation of all new contracts and support the Head of Client fulfilment & Ops management in delivering this for our clients.
  • Work closely with the Head of client fulfilment, Operations Management & Technical Team to devise a best practice way of working alongside creating plans to support the business to deliver.
  • Full accountability of ensuring the business can delivery customer excellence through the service delivery function in line with contractual requirements.
  • Work with &/ manage the Management Information team to create a standard suite of client facing reports to help show the value add as well as contractual performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring the customer engagement is both proactive, relevant, and professional.
  • Responsible for the handover to service gateway and contract set up to enable efficient delivery.
  • Responsible for managing the billing process in line with contractual terms and operational delivery.
  • Building Business cases, Managing budgets, Stakeholder Engagement
  • Network across the business, building relationships with Key business stakeholders.
  • Overall people management responsibility / Engagement of team / Development / Recruitment & Retention Planning.
  • Responsibility and engaged in delivery of key improvement / Lean projects / process improvements and foster innovative ideas for change.
  • Experience of managing senior managers
  • Experience of working / managing in a planning team
  • Previous project Management Experience
  • Excellent people management experience
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to deal with numbers / KPI's.
  • Positive approach to the challenges of change and see change as an opportunity.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent
