As the
Operations & Transport Administrator, you will maintain the administrative processes with your department to ensure that all responsibilities are completed promptly, accurately and with a professional manner.


Main duties of the position:

  • To produce all necessary paperwork relating to Warehouse Pick & Pack process including Order Assembly, Picking Sheets, Despatch Notes & Courier Labelling
  • To manage the TMS (Transport Management System) including Data uploading, Route arrangement/preparation & Manifest production
  • To assist in the collating and management of reporting paperwork and data including Vehicle Inspection Reports, Forklift truck Inspection Reports, Tachograph Data, Maintenance and Damage Reports, Service and Contractor Information, Fuel Card Management & Waste Collections
  • To assist with the updating of WMS (Warehouse Management System) to ensure appropriate delivery modes are allocated, bookingin is completed as required & any potential issues are reported and managed
  • To monitor and update courier portals with outgoing delivery information
  • To investigate Customer Complaints relating to the Operations Department and instigate claims as required. Including the collation of all paperwork and 3rdparty information.
  • Liaise with internal departments & external providers to ensure the highest Customer satisfaction is achieved

Experience/background required:

  • You will have worked in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics environment
  • Have previous experience in a similar position (Warehouse or Transport Administrator)
  • Possess some knowledge of transport operations
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft package) with the ability to be a quick learner on systems
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
