Vines of Guildford are looking for an experienced MET technician to join the Bodyshop team. Based in our busy, premium dealership this is a great opportunity to be a part of an excellent modern, "family feel" working environment. Hours: 45 hours Monday – Friday Salary: £40,000 dependent on experience, OTE - £52,000. Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme.
What you'll be working towards
  • Conduct assessments and repairs on BMW vehicles to manufacturer standards.
  • Utilise diagnostic equipment and techniques to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
  • Perform MET (Mechanical, Electrical, Trim) repairs and panel work with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with BMW repair methods and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to optimise workflow and deliver exceptional service.


What We're Looking For:
  • ATA Qualified.
  • Previous experience as a MET/Panel Technician in an automotive repair environment, preferably with BMW or luxury brands.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
