Are you interested in joining a dynamic team at two bustling secondary academies in Witham?


We are seeking a Lettings Coordinator to have a crucial role in optimizing the utilization of our academy facilities for lettings.


Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating bookings
  • Maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Ensuring visitor safety
  • Acting as a keyholder

This position is situated at Maltings Academy with the opportunity for additional hours at both secondary schools in the area.


Maltings is an 11-16 academy located in Witham, Essex, conveniently positioned between Chelmsford and Colchester. The academy accommodates 900 students in a modern building constructed in 2011, benefiting from excellent transport connections to London for staff and students to explore diverse opportunities in the city.


On-site free parking is available for convenience.
