We're looking for Carbon Engineer to join our Devonport Docks team based in Plymouth, Devon.

Devon, Plymouth - remote working available, will need to be on site 4 days per week.

Contract:
Permanent, Full Time

As a Carbon Engineer, you'll be working within the 10 Dock team.

You will support them in leading and coordinating work across the Devonport Dockyard framework of projects to develop, design, provide opertional control, construction oversight and commission projects associated with establishing carbon reduction and energy efficient practices within KierBAM Joint Venture at Devonport Royal Dockyard in Plymouth.

Work with the engineering, procurement, commercial and wider construction teams to identify, implement, monitor and report on the project carobon goals and requirements

  • Present accurate material quantities, e.g. fuel, waste, transport and materials under KBJV's control
  • Produce technical notes and support carbon reporting throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant company and joint venture policies and processes
Degree qualified in Engineering, or equivalent subject relating to carbon management in the built environment

  • Competent in data analysis
  • The abilitiy to communicate clearly with internal & external stakeholders along with commercial processes awareness
