Role Overview:

The Customer Relations Executive primary responsibility will be to provide first line customer support, for customer queries on quote requests, order progress and other general enquiries.

This requires a high standard of customer service via telephone and email.

You will support Sales Managers within the sales process by creating documentations, such as quotes, proposals, and orders in a timely and accurate manner.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating and processing customer loans. This requires working with the relevant Sales Manager and other departments.
The role entails cultivating and maintaining excellent business relationships with existing and potential customers.

The ideal candidate:

This role requires someone with high attention to detail, which is required when preparing sales quotes, contributing to technical proposals, and processing orders.

You will have excellent communication skills, liaising with customers, sales managers, and other departments such as Marketing, Finance and Operations.

You will be organised and be able to prioritise your workload but also adaptable should a customer's requirement/request need a quick turnaround.

You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office application. Experience of working with a CRM and ERP system is desirable.

Our sales admin team work closely together to ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner, and you will be an integral part of a flexible team.


Key Accountabilities:
Create and generate sales quotations in a timely manner.
Process sales orders.
Co-ordinate and process customer loans.

General administration such as answering incoming telephone calls to the company, updating records within our CRM system and SharePoint.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to use a range of communication skills coupled with excellent telephone skills.
Customer account handling experience (CRM or equivalent database)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a high attention to detail.
Strong planning, problem solving and organisation skills.
Ability to work as part of team and on own initiative.
Proven experience in administration ideally customer services and/or sales.
GCSE level or equivalent to include English and Maths.
