The small and friendly team in Mickleover is currently looking for a Sales & Lettings Administrator to join them for a
Saturday position in the business.
- Acting as front of house both face and face and over the phone.
- Arranging the marketing of available properties including; photographs, floor plans, EPC's, creating brochures, window cards and external advertising.
- Arranging appointments and gathering feedback.
- Taking and negotiating sales and lettings offers.
- Creating lettings files and progressing the relevant tenancy paperwork.
- Office management, including filing, general housekeeping and presentation of the office.
- Some experience in Customer Service or Administration is an advantage but not essential.
- Be confident in liaising with a variety of individuals from solicitors, banks and members of the public;
- Have solid experience and knowledge of all MS Office systems;
- Be a real selfstarter; proactive and selfmotivated to get the job done with the ability to work unsupervised;
- Be able to juggle many and varied tasks;
- Be able to work in a fastpaced environment;
- Excellent communication skills both face to face, over the phone and in writing.
- A professional and personable disposition.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone hoping to gain some experience alongside studies or to gain more working hours alongside another position during the week.
Saturdays only working 10.00am to 4.00pm.
