Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in branch processes
  • Build relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
  • Assist in delivering pharmacy services
  • Represent Rowlands Pharmacy as an ambassador

Requirements:

To qualify, you need an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, along with a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Experience in customer service, confidentiality, and accurate medication handling is essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize workload.

Annual Salary: £12.83
