French Speakers. Outbound Customer Service
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday £10.90 per hour.

Experience is not essential, but for those with experience in telemarketing we would especially love to hear from you.


With full training given, this role provides excellent grounding for those currently looking for a career in telemarketing, or a chance to shine if you are already experienced and skilled up.


Your day to day will involve:

  • Making outbound calls for the majority of the time to business customers that have expressed a need for the service
  • Using your conversational skills to ask questions to understand their needs and the ways in which our clients' solutions and services can help.
  • Setting up the correct account to suit the customer requirements
  • Taking inbound calls regarding any queries the customer may have following their account set up
  • Making regular calls to the customer to review their service
  • Handling confidential business information
  • Achieving or exceeding targets, with our help

You'll need to have:

  • The ability to speak fluent French
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Conscientiousness and drive
  • Alevels or above academic qualifications, or previous experience
