We are currently recruiting for Diagnosticians in our Oil Condition Monitoring services which sits within our Industries business.

Our testing combines the expertise of Diagnosticians with the latest techniques for analysing lubricating oils, greases and hydraulic fluids to help clients to avoid machinery failure.

Our team of experts can provide state of the art tribology analysis to better understand the causes of component failure, contaminations or use of incorrect lubricants.


Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide interpretation (diagnosis) of oil and fuel laboratory data utilising appropriate systems in accordance with business and customer requirements.
  • To adhere to priority lists and work schedules to ensure timely diagnostics and interpretation of used Oil and Fuel samples, including resolving queries in line with agreed timeframe and to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Regularly liaise with Manager to keep appraised of workload priorities highlighting potential delays and ensure customer workload priority is understood.
  • Create, update and improve the LIMS database with additional information for oil brand and grades or other functions under the direction of the Departmental manager.

Qualifications:

  • Full and valid driving license for the UK
  • Condition Monitoring qualification, e.g.
Noria Oil Analysis I and II
