An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor at their office in Lincoln.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining my clients busy and growing highways maintenance business and delivering a key framework across more than 9,000km of carriageways.

The work is fast paced and includes winter and reactive highways maintenance, grass verge maintenance, drainage clearing and more.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include:

Review contract programmes
Assist with any preparation relating to delay and disruption programmes
Monitor all subcontract activities
Analyse commercial progress across the project
Work closely with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring open communication between all parties
Prepare internal reports relating to commercial progress
Provide support and guidance to junior surveyors across the project
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered a position that include job security, great career prospects, excellent work life balance, hybrid working and a generous salary and package that includes:

Starting salary of £60,000 to £65,000
Company car or car allowance
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Pension contributions
Private healthcare
Discretionary bonus

Senior Quantity Surveyors considering this opportunity must have experience working for a main contractor on highways maintenance or utilities contracts.

You'll need excellent communication skills, be driven and approachable and keen to progress and develop your career.
