About the Team

We are a dynamic team of over 50 professionals, including developers, analysts, and product managers, dedicated to delivering data solutions for the business. In simple terms, we play a crucial role in processing, merging, modeling, and presenting data from various sources in a user-friendly format. Our team has extensive interaction across the organization, making us a vital part of product development.

About the Role

As a Product Development Manager, you will oversee all aspects of product development, from creating new products to enhancing existing ones and ensuring operational support. Operating within an agile framework, you will manage a product backlog, communicate progress effectively, and ensure the team's output meets business standards and expectations. Leading a team of 6-10 professionals, you will handle their management and development.

  • Oversee all aspects of product development
  • Act as the main point of contact for business Stakeholders and Product Owners
  • Manage budgets, estimates, and billing for resources used
  • Provide timely communication on progress and issues
  • Manage risks, issues, and key decisions
  • Identify and validate business requirements

We are seeking candidates with a background in data work and a solid understanding of business intelligence basics. Strong communication and people management skills are essential.

  • Experience with PowerBI or similar tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Experience with TFS or Azure DevOps
