We are looking for an experienced administrator with positive, reliable, flexible and motivated individual who can work well within a busy office environment and should be capable of working on their own, with a high level of attention to detail.

They willplay a vital role in enabling the partner to focus on seeing clients whilst the business is managed effectively from the back office.


Client service is paramount and therefore they will need to be fully immersed in all areas of the business and have a passion for giving excellent client service in a timely fashion whilst working closely with the partner on business development.

This role will Full-time 35 hours per week with flexibility, working from home opportunities based in office, Farnborough

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the administration of client meetings including identifying review meetings to be booked.
  • Assisting with premeeting research and documentation including gathering information from client files, documents and valuations for the Financial Advisers and uploading to online client files as required.
  • Assisting with any follow up actions from client meetings.
  • Providing weekly briefings to Partner and Adviser to ensure everyone is kept up to date with progress of cases.
  • Responsible for managing client evidencing client servicing, and for updates and maintenance of the CRM system, filing and other IT systems.
  • Responsible for the administration of client information for the Partner/paraplanner, ensuring in all information is gathered in a timely fashion and prepared fully before submitting to paraplanner to write case.
  • Responsible for Letter of Authority's
  • Delivering letters of authority to our prospects, compiling the data from providers onto a prospects file and liaising with SJP administration centres and external 3rd parties.
  • Support Partner in business submission.
  • Managing the client's financial information and documents including collating information from various sources and updating/creating the Client Financial Review documents.
  • Responsible for client facing compliance completing various forms with client data.
  • Preparing presentation documents for Partner & Adviser.
  • Post and general office admin.
  • Answering calls and handling queries professionally, redirecting or taking messages and using initiative to deal with queries.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required for both the business and the Partner, consistent with the vacancy.

  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
  • Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
