The Role


We have a vacancy for a full time Yard Operative at our
Worthing Branch to handle and maintain yard stocks, load and unload both customer, supplier and company delivery vehicles.

Serving customers, advising on stock, availability and product ranges.


To ensure the premises are kept to a high standard to comply with Health & Safety regulations, maintaining a clean and tidy yard and working area.

All this under the authority of the Branch Manager.

Specific Experience & Skills Required
Experience in similar roles preferred.

Full training given.

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

Strong team player who works as part of a team and independently.

The Hours
Full time between the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Alternate Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
