*This is a permanent full-time position working approximately hours over 3 shifts per week. Applicants must be flexible to work a range of shifts, including late nights. working shifts across a 7-day operation.


As Catering Manager, you will provide customer service to guests arriving at the venues that is flexible and responsive to their needs ensuring the smooth operation of the wedding venue.

Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, management of staff and expenditure. Deliver the strategic and financial objectives agreed for the service.

Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained at all times

To be responsible for training and inspiring a local team to ensure high standards of customer service

Maintain statutory and company requirements with all hygiene, of Health and Safety regulations and environmental legislation and procedures.


We would particularly welcome applications from catering staff who have 2 years minimum experience as a managerial role in hospitality.

Passionate about guest service and ability to lead from the front. Please note you must have a full UK driving licence to be able to get to and from the venue without having to rely on public transport due to location and late finish times

Across the catering teams, 5 out of 8 Venue Catering Managers began their career as Catering Assistances and a further 2 joined the company as an Assistant Manager before working their way up to Venue Catering Manager.

Examples can also be found within the Central Support team as the Exclusive Use Venue Executive, Standards Executive and Standards and Training Manager all gaining valuable experience as a Catering Assistant.
