Junior BIM Coordinator / Digital Delivery Manager

Are you a talented BIM Technician looking to take the next step in your career at a dynamic and forward-thinking design studio?


This studio, known for its diverse and free-thinking team of landscape architects, masterplanners, and urban designers, is seeking a mid-level BIM Technician to join their creative team.


As a BIM Technician, you will be instrumental in bringing designs to life through 3D visualisation and modelling, producing accurate Revit models with reliable BIM data, and managing large, multi-disciplinary models.

Your role will involve identifying clashes and design concerns, working closely with project design teams to improve workflows, and advancing the studio's capabilities in clash detection, data management, and project templates.


What You'll Bring to the Team:n2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.nIn-depth working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and BIM-enabling applications.nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally, Lumion and Rhino.nAbility to produce rendered imagery to communicate design intent to clients.nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.nA problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure, prioritising multiple requests and tasks.nExcellent attention to detail.
