We are after someone that is self-motivated, has bar experience (cellar management is a bonus), and willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.


Responsibilities will include:

  • To assist both food and bar service as needs dictate
  • To oversee day to day food and beverage sales and service
  • Help making sure all functions are set up appropriately and the customers' requirements are exceeded.
  • Help making sure all Corporate, Society and sit-down functions are correctly charged.
  • Liaising with Corporate, Society and external events (clubhouse point of contact) to make sure they have everything they need.
  • Help make sure all events are set up correctly.
  • Making sure that the ladies & gent's bathrooms are kept fully serviced.
  • Help with stock orders.
  • Help manage staffing levels for front of house.
  • Help make sure the front of house team is trained in all aspects of the front of house requirements.
  • Increase personal knowledge, skills, and qualifications for personal and business improvement.
This is a guaranteed 30 hour contract with expectations that you will work more in the main season. It is £12.44 per hour.

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
