Capgemini has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Managing Director role in its EMEA FCC Advisory Solutions practice in London. This position involves leading the Compliance Risk Analytics Team to provide clients with advice and solutions related to financial crime prevention and compliance obligations, covering Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Fraud, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.

Look no further if you are an Associate Managing Director with over ten years of experience in FCC-related roles and a strong understanding of FCC programs, systems, and controls. In this role, you will lead complex assignments, oversee advisory client engagements, manage key client accounts, and contribute to business growth.

The Compliance Risk Analytics team at Capgemini focuses on the convergence of compliance and technology to assist clients with various projects, including Implementation, Model Validation, Tuning and Optimization, and Data Governance, among others.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead business development initiatives by targeting clients, attending conferences, drafting client alerts, and engaging in speaking opportunities.
  • Provide input to develop innovative products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Act as a mentor to junior colleagues, manage teams, and oversee compliance, risk, and governance advisory work.
  • Ensure effective planning, management, and execution of client engagements, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrate expertise in AML/CTF and Sanctions regulations, lead multiple projects simultaneously, and contribute to business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in financial crime compliance, risk, and governance roles.
  • Exposure to business development and direct client relationship management.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements.
