PURPOSE: To provide a high level of administration support to the Building Safety and Compliance Team.To ensure high levels of resident satisfaction with building safety services.KEY ACTIVITIES: Organise fire risk assessments and associated remedial works. Work closely with the contractors to ensure all properties are 100% compliant each month.Carry out effective filing and inputting of data for fire services, callouts and repairs.Carry out effective filing and inputting of data for legionella contracts.
