Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • A positive and nurturing attitude towards children
  • First Aid certification is desirable
