The role


We are looking for an Insight Associate / Executive who will create, track, and analyse in-store and digital campaign evaluations that provide strategic value to our clients.

You will assist in the creation and delivery of insightful media performance reports and drive forward innovative projects such as design and rollout of the campaign evaluation process.


What you'll be doing
We pride ourselves on creating challenging and exciting opportunities, meaning that no two days are the same.

However, here's an idea of what your responsibilities will look like:

  • Extracting data from various systems and cleansing and formatting data to prepare it for analysis.
  • Running analysis on a large volume of campaigns and providing clear recommendations from these evaluations to help clients gain actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Be the 'go to' across the team for all things related to our inhouse platform Plan-Apps and leverage its data to uncover trends and insights across our evaluations.
  • Communicating effectively with client teams across media allocation and evaluations, providing support across all things data and insight.

What you'll need to have / be

  • Strong numeracy skills and advanced excel skills with the ability to interpret and create complex data and formula.
  • The ability to visualise and explain data to a nondata savvy audience.
  • Experience working with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Contentsquare is preferable.
  • The ability to adapt to an agile working environment and manage workload efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in the verbal and written form with the ability to use these effectively with stakeholders.
