Our client is a growing law firm with multiple offices across the UK. They are currently in the process of driving the firm forwards, whilst keeping to the firm's most important values of delivering a truly personal and premium service to each and every client. They are undergoing a significant period of investment in systems, working practices, and offices, as they look to build for the future.

They are looking to recruit a vibrant, forward thinking Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to take ownership and run a varied caseload of residential property matters.

Duties


•Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes and more, from inception to completion


•Attending meetings and building strong working relationships with colleagues


•Complying with internal and external policy


•Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales


•Be a knowledge base for any conveyancing questions

You


•You must have a minimum of 3 years' PQE experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters


•Comfortable dealing with a caseload of 60 files or more


•Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and thoroughly


•Enthusiasm for the industry


•Proactive and self-motivated

On Offer


•Annual salary up to £45,000


•Office-based working with the potential for some flexibility after a period of time


•Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
