Description & Requirements:
About Xerox Holdings Corporation
- Purpose:
- Ensure a high level of predelivery inspection on new equipment and also loans, rentals and repairs to achieve the targeted service level.
General Scope:
- Responsible for PDI of a wide range of manufacturers and making sure target deliveries are met and arranging installs with logistics.
- Provide loan machines when needed to keep customers down time to a minimum.
- Managing orders and stock of new equipment via forklift operations
- Recycling wastage into correct areas and keeping the area safe and tidy
- Keeping up to date with manufacturers manuals, bulletins and firmware. Reading manuals, attending training calls.
- Responsible for warehouse management and informing managers of excess stock we may have that could potentially be sold
- Communication with logistics to make sure all deliveries are met with no errors to keep with customer expectations.
- Removal of secondhand parts to cut cost and lead time to maximize profit and efficiency
- Preparing loans and refurbs which don't require parts to keep costs low and profits high
Requirements:
- I.T knowledge
- Forklift license
- Excellent
g skills, experience in repairing and building of equipment. Must be able to work to high standard
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Driver licence
