Scrum Master

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our teams are empowered and efficient, driving the adoption of agile principles and practices. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop comprehensive technical specifications and tickets.
• Coordinate with developers to produce precise estimates, ensuring the business receives accurate timelines and deadlines.
• Effectively communicate technical details of tasks with the development team and relay this information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate and lead tech initiatives including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and implement changes for better efficiency and quality.
• Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment, empowering team members to take ownership of their work.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices and principles.
• Monitor and report on team performance and progress, using appropriate metrics and tools.
• Identify and remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder team productivity and delivery.
• Ensure the team has a clear understanding of project goals, scope, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2 years+) as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advantageous).
