If you enjoy processing invoices and ensuring payment runs are made on a timely basis, and take pleasure in liaising and resolving supplier queries then this hybrid role with our client based in Thame could be ideal for you.

Paying up to £25k.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Prepare analysis of accounts
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Assist with month end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits.

WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU:

  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Relevant experience in a Finance environment that required regular reporting.
  • Excellent communicator, persistent, organised and with attention to detail
  • Solid grasp of double entry bookkeeping and basic accounting principles

WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:

  • Our client is paying up to £25k
  • Hours 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
  • 26 days holiday
