As part of our award-winning practice, you will work closely with the Birmingham Director and Associate Director to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our studio in the West Midlands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the studio, overseeing projects, and assisting in team expansion to establish a fully operational Birmingham Studio. Joining our team means bringing your architectural expertise, creative flair, and excellent interpersonal skills to help propel our Birmingham and West Midlands practice forward.

Working with us, you'll be involved in a variety of exciting architectural projects, utilizing your knowledge of UK standards and design principles to deliver high-quality results from concept to completion. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a friendly, talented team that prioritizes client satisfaction and project excellence.

Job Role

As the senior Architect in our Birmingham Studio, you will play a key role in project delivery and business development within the West Midlands region. Collaborating with the Director and Associate Director, your focus will be on supporting the growth and success of our Birmingham Studio.

Bond Bryan's Birmingham Studio, established over 6 years ago, has experienced significant growth in the West Midlands. Now, we are looking for an Associate Director to further enhance our presence and achievements in the region.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing project delivery, acting as a primary contact, supporting team recruitment, and driving business development initiatives to secure new projects. Communication and collaboration with the senior team will be essential for progress tracking and goal attainment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties will evolve with time, requiring you to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn. From project management and client meetings to team leadership and business promotion, you'll play a vital role in shaping the direction of our Birmingham Studio.

  • Be responsible for project management within the studio
  • Lead client meetings and support business growth efforts
  • Provide updates to senior management and participate in project reviews
  • Support Directors in bids and events

The ideal candidate will proactively engage with the studio's development, demonstrating curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to balancing business opportunities with project demands.
